👋 Hey, I’m Ryan.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist outside of Nashville, Tennessee.

In therapy, I work primarily with adult men. I also work with couples and groups. More info on therapy work below.

In addition to therapy, I train/supervise new therapists as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I also create online resources and courses for men. And I am working on some fun new projects… Therapy + fitness combo, father-child retreats, new dad bootcamps, and more. Learn more here.

Therapy can help men deal with stress, manage emotions, and improve relationships. Curious? Here’s what to expect.

At the end of the day, I’m just a normal dude trying to be the best son, husband, father, and friend I can be. And I hope to help other men do the same.
